Our Code of Ethics

This code of ethics is an expression of The Providence Group’s recognition of its responsibility to the public, to our clients, to our colleagues, and to our employees. These Principles apply to all of The Providence Group’s associates and employees and provides guidance to them in the performance of their professional services.

Integrity is the foundation of any relationship. The Providence Group’s associates shall offer and provide professional services with integrity. The Observable Fruits of Integrity are:

Objectivity
The Providence Group’s associates shall be objective in providing professional services to our clients.

Competence
The Providence Group’s associates shall provide services to our clients competently while updating our skills and knowledge to stay in the forefront of our profession.
Fairness

The Providence Group’s associates shall perform professional services in a manner that is fair and reasonable to clients, principals, partners, and employees and shall disclose conflict(s) of interest(s), should they occur, in providing such services.

Confidentiality
The Providence Group’s associates shall not disclose any confidential client information without specific consent; the only exception would be in response to proper legal process when required by a function of the courts and the law.

Professionalism
The Providence Group’s associates shall conduct themselves at all times in a manner that reflects credit upon their profession. Professionalism means leading not pushing.

Diligence
The Providence Group’s associates shall act diligently in providing professional services. Diligence is the provision of services in a reasonably prompt and thorough manner.
