Like most Realtors®, our team uses fellow agent feedback to discuss possible changes to a home’s marketing with the owners. We look for comments on how easy the listing was to show, what type of condition it was in, and most importantly, their opinion on how the home is priced.
We use ProAgent Solutions as our feedback system. They automatically email the showing agent simple questions on the listing and the feedback is sent to us and to our client. We’re big proponents of keeping everyone informed throughout the listing process.
