Greater Atlanta’s Market Summary

In Greater Atlanta’s 11 counties, the median sales price for September rose by 2.5% as compared to September 2022. This is the second consecutive month of price increases in Metro Atlanta, based on data from the First Multiple Listing Service. Most homeowners have lower-interest mortgages, resulting in limited inventory entering the market, which is keeping our prices high.
