When a listing is entered into the FMLS and GAMLS, RE/MAX Greater Atlanta syndicates the listings to dozens of well- known real estate websites, as well as dozens you’ve never heard of or never expected to work with real estate.
The downside of immediate syndication is the ability of a certain website to update itself with the newest information – there are times when a price change is made but hasn’t been updated on a third-party website. This often leads to some confusion between buyer and seller. We work with the two main listing services to keep our listings up to date and informative and try to ensure consistency throughout the web.
