A SUMMARY FOR SELLERS: Despite some areas experiencing price drops and longer days on the market, the tight inventory ensures that sellers continue to maintain the upper hand in the real estate market. In Metro Atlanta, homes are still receiving multiple bids and selling swiftly. It remains evident that appropriately priced homes that show well consistently attract buyers and sell at or close to the list price.

A SUMMARY FOR BUYERS: As the market stabilizes, buyers may find increased leeway in terms of concessions like waiving home inspections. However, given the limited inventory, it remains crucial for buyers to have their financing prepared to swiftly make an offer once they encounter a prospective home.
