Located just 20 minutes north of Atlanta, Roswell is known for it’s modern spirit with southern soul.
Founded in 1830 by Roswell King who saw great potential for a cotton mill along Vickery Creek in what soon became North Georgia’s largest cotton mill: Roswell Mill. The ruins of the mill and the dam built to power steam still remain today at Old Mill Park.
From the natural beauty of the Chattahoochee River and more than 900 acres of parkland which includes 13 parks, top rated schools, to our rich and storied history Roswell is the perfect place to call home!
